Spokesman Joe Cox, creative hub assistant, Adur & Worthing Councils, said: “Welcoming people back into the galleries on June 15 was a high point after months of closure, and we were proud to be part of the safe re-opening of the town centre in Worthing. This month you will find creatures, craft and colour at Colonnade House.

“We end the month with Made in Sussex, a two-week multidisciplinary show that will showcase a variety of local craft makers (July 21-August 2). Look no further if you are seeking the best local designers and makers. This group show is a treat for those who love the individuality of hand-crafted pieces, whether it’s jewellery or beautiful and decorative items for your home. As well as the opportunity to meet and buy direct from the makers in the gallery, each one also has a website where you can buy their work or book a workshop.” The exhibition features: Lorraine Gibby, jewellery; Lara Sparks, textiles; Fleur Grenier, pewterware; Jessica Jordan, ceramics; and Elizabeth Welch, glass.
