Wickers move six points from safety

SOUTHWICK Football Club's excellent form in Division 2 continued on Saturday with a 3-1 win at bottom-club Pease Pottage.

Dan Molineaux netted a hat-trick and now has five goals in two matches after his brace in Wickers' draw at Lancing on Tuesday.

Southwick remain in 14th but are now six points ahead of second-bottom Lancing.

In the same division, Mile Oak fought back from 2-0 down to win 5-2 at Wealden.

Oak were 2-0 down inside 18 minutes but still led 4-2 at half-time. Kieran Howard struck a treble against his former side, and Tony Burnett also scored.

Danny Curd added Oak's fifth early in the second half.

In Division 1, Shoreham hit four second-half goals to beat St Francis 4-1. Dan Taylor, Dean Smith, Rob Boddy, with a penalty, and Darren Annis struck for Mussels.
