PORTSLADE IN DANGER

PORTSLADE Cricket Club are in real relegation danger after their 121-run defeat at Clymping on Saturday.

They are third from bottom and only two points ahead of second-bottom Ram. Things do not get any easier on Saturday when second-placed Crawley are Portslade's visitors. Portslade lost for the fourth game in a row and for the sixth in their last seven games on Saturday.

Graham Blann crashed 77 in Clymping's total of 247-8 on Saturday against Portslade. His innings included six fours and five sixes although his aggressive knock was nearly wasted by a middle-order collapse.
