MUSSELS STILL ON TOP

SHOREHAM enjoyed the better of a poor game at home to Oving on Saturday, but missed chances meant that their margin of victory was the narrowest possible.

Darren Annis goal just before half-time settled matters. A neat move down the right ended with Mark Pulling putting Annis into the angle of the box. Annis drew the keeper and slotted the ball in from eight yards into the far corner.
