Joseph Benn's strike was cancelled out by Ashley Jarvis, before Langney Wanderers ran out 4-3 penalty victors to seal a spot in this year's final after it had ended 1-1 following extra-time.

For Oak it was a second major blow in a week as they were beaten by Lingfield in the league on Saturday.

Mile Oak dropped down to fourth following their SCFL Division 1 defeat, now any hopes of silverware this season have gone.

Joseph Benn's deflected free-kick found the net to fire Oak ahead on the half-hour.

Mile Oak were in total control for the remainder of the half with Jamie McKenzie, Michael Gould, Enzo Benn and Remi Coates all wasting opportunities.

Langney made Oak pay with Jarvis headed home a free-kick on the hour.

Mile Oak piled on relentless pressure in the final 20 minutes but Wanderers somehow forced extra-time.

Substitute Eric Wedge-Bull saw an effort ruled out for a foul on the goalkeeper, while Gould could only fire wide with the goal gaping.

Extra-time continued in a similar vein as more missed chances from Mile Oak meant penalties would decide it.

In the shoot-out, Enzo Benn, Liam Austin-Slade and Lee Early all missed as Langney edged it 4-3.
