FA CUP LIVE: Worthing FC v Beckenham Town

WORTHING Football Club host Beckenham Town in the FA Cup second qualifying round on Saturday.

Chris White’s men will take on the Kent League side this afternoon and Woodside Road.

White will be without defender Matt Hurley who starts a three-match suspension, while the Rebels boss will be waiting on the fitness of a number of other players after a series of bumps and bruises picked up in their mid-week win at Walton & Hersham.

White is hoping Jamie Brotherton will be fit after being rested on Tuesday night, and Billy Franks will have overcome a hamstring injury, Tom Manton and deadleg and Tom Lawley a whack on the head.

New signings goalkeeper Dean Ruddy and Paul Kennett are likely to make their home debuts.
