1. 75
The first step requires training to last for no more than 75 minutes for any single player
2. Five
Groups of a maximum of five players in each mini-session
3. Contact
During Step One, players will not be allowed to make contact with each other during training sessions
4. Clean cars
Players are told they cannot share transport with anyone to and from the training ground, and vehicle interiors should be cleaned regularly. Team vehicles and public transport should not be used.
