The pair are in great form and look set to fight it out alongside Leicester for the last two pla-off berths.

Bolton and Middlesbrough will feel they still have realistic chances too but both are five points adrift with games running out now.

BetVictor make Forest and Leicester favourites at 8/15 to claim a top-six finish with Albion 8/13 and 3/1 Forest for promotion,7/2 Leicester City and 9/2 the Seagulls.

It looks sure to be a fantastic finish to the campaign and Brighton will feel confident especially now that manager Gus Poyet has rebuffed Reading’s attempt to lure him away from the Amex.

Both clubs will have enjoyed the international break and Forest are favourites for the weekend at 23/20; Seagulls can be backed at 13/5 at betvictor.com with the draw, which would perhaps suit the visitors more, a 5/2 chance.

After six-straight wins the hosts are full of confidence so Albion must ensure a solid start and not let a partisan home crowd upset them.

Leonardo Ulloa will lead the line and is 6/1 to open the scoring; he can be backed at 5/2 to add to his impressive tally of seven goals since joining the club.

David Lopez has been Albion’s most consistent performer of late and he too has chipped in with a very useful seven strikes.

The 14/1 first and 11/2 anytime goalscorers make considerable appeal.

Big game though it is on Saturday there are still only three points on offer the same number as Tuesday night’s clash with Charlton at the Amex and, ahead of the weekend games, the Seagulls are ¾ for the win with the draw 5/2 and the Addicks 17/4.

Charlton aren’t quite out of danger at the foot of the table (12/1 at BetVictor to go down) so they will be no pushover and, with most of the sides fighting for their Championship lives picking up points of late, it is going to get very tight down the foot of the table between now and the end of the season.
