CRUNCH-TIME FOR WICKERS

SOUTHWICK Cricket Club entertain bottom club Pagham on Saturday in a match Wickers have to win. They have lost their last six matches and are only eight points above second-bottom Goring.

Pagham are a further 19 points behind so defeat for Wickers will leave them in all sorts of trouble. Southwick's next game after Saturday is July 30 at Goring.

Wins from these two games would take Southwick away from relegation danger. Goring, however, have added Indian all-rounder Kirat Damani to their side. He has played state cricket in India and impressed on his debut with 76 and 2-46 from 19 overs at Arundel on Saturday.
