The Royal London One-Day Cup arrives at Hove for the first time today as Sussex Sharks take on Durham at The BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground.
The Sharks will be looking to get off the mark in the 50-over competition against opponents Durham, who have one win to their name so far but have played a game more.
Sussex welcome back Luke Wright to the squad for the first time since his record-breaking knock of 153 not out in the NatWest T20 Blast, as the Sharks made a world-record chase to beat Essex. A side strain kept him out of the first two matches of the One-Day Cup but he is included in the squad today.
James Anyon, Rory Hamilton-Brown, Jon Lewis, Matt Prior and Michael Yardy are all still ruled out through injury, whilst Chris Jordan is with the England squad ahead of their next Test Match with India.
The match is sponsored by Focus Energy and we thank them for all their support.
Tickets are available for purchase on the gate and those aged under 18 can gain free entry. Gates open at 12.30pm for a 2pm start.
The Sussex squad is as follows: WAT Beer, BC Brown, C Cachopa, LJ Hatchett, EC Joyce, CJ Liddle, MW Machan, CD Nash, SA Piolet, LWP Wells, LJ Wright, SAA Zaidi and Yasir Arafat.
