Styris returns to squad as Sharks aim to seal quarter-final spot

SCOTT STYRIS returns to the Sussex Sharks squad tonight (Tuesday) as they aim to seal their place in the quarter-finals of the Friends Life t20 tournament when they head to the Kia Oval to take on Surrey.

The Sharks are sitting top of the South Group by a point from rivals Hampshire Royals and a sixth straight win this evening would not only put them in the knockout stages but also strengthen their bid for a home quarter-final tie.

Styris, who has missed the last two matches after dislocating his thumb against Essex Eagles, is included in the squad this evening, which remains unchanged. Start time is 6.30pm.

The Sussex squad is as follows: Amjad Khan, WAT Beer, BC Brown, JS Gatting, MW Goodwin, Naveed Arif Gondal, CJ Liddle, MW Machan, CD Nash, MJ Prior, MJ Rippon, SB Styris, LJ Wright, MH Yardy (capt).
