LETTER: Councillors '˜not sympathetic'

You asked for comments on the rise of about Â£3,000 for the chief executive of Arun District Council, so here goes.

I think our councillors are not very sympathetic to public-sector workers, or they would have voted to hold any rises for members of the executive side of Arun District Council down, until the cap on the employees was lifted.
