LETTER: Appeal for info

I am searching for my birth father, a Canadian serviceman called Jack (John?) Goodall, who was stationed in the Shoreham area during the early part of 1943, where he met my birth mother, Gertrude Lumsden.

I was born in the Springfield Hospital in December 1943 and subsequently adopted.

I am in contact with half siblings in Brighton, and know that my birth mother has subsequently passed away.

If any local residents remember the name, please can they get in touch.

Paul Raymond Vidler (Lumsden)

Little Canfield
