THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from July 13 to 17.

Clarissa Hornsbury, 25, of Westlake Gardens, Tarring, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting allowing the production of cannabis at the premises she occupied.

Jason Hornsbury, 25, of Westlake Gardens, Tarring, was discharged conditionally for 24 months and must pay must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting producing a quantity of cannabis at his home on September 26, 2014.

Joe White, 31, of The Vinery, St Mary’s Road, Shoreham, was fined £50 and must pay £70 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a suspended sentence order.

Lee Woodruffe, 27, of Chappell Croft, Manor Road, Worthing, was given a community order, must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting criminal damage, possessing 678mg of cocaine and one tablet of MDMA. He must pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs, plus £250 compensation for the damage to a door.

Craig Ayling, 25, of Bluebell Drive, Littlehampton, was fined £100 after admitting driving without insurance in Goring Street, Goring, on March 26, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He was also fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for one year after admitting driving without insurance in Littlehampton on April 4, 2015. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Kevin Christie, 45, of The Strand, Goring, was fined £50 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £30 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Salvington Road, Salvington, on June 28, 2015.

Gary Foote, 54, of Beaconsfield Road, Wick, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Arundel Road, Littlehampton, on June 27, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Jonathan Trew, 37, of Wallace Avenue, Goring, was discharged absolutely and must pay £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing Heineken worth £2.98 from Trident News.

Robert Bayly, 38, of Kirdford Road, Arundel, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on April 14, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Stacey Bunn, 36, of Torton Hill Road, Arundel, was fined £200 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over 70mph in Newells Lane, Arundel, on February 1, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Richard Collier, 25, of Main Road, Yapton, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to wear a seatbelt as a front seat passenger in a car.

William Hatton, 72, of Copthorne Close, Salvington, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light on the A24 at Dial Post on February 19, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Louise Luker, 37, of Princes Gate, George V Avenue, Worthing, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Mulberry Lane, Goring, on February 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points. She also admitted driving without a licence or MOT certificate, no separate penalty.

David Sinclair, 30, of Marigolds Lodge, Holmes Lane, Rustington, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Felpham Way, Felpham, on December 16, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three pionts.

Thomas Sinclair, 46, of Outerwyke Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on August 25, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Mark Chandler, 39, of Bay Bridge Crescent, Felpham, was fined £125 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, after admitting using a hand-held phone while driving in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on February 26, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Wayne Lansdowne, 50, of The Lawns, Sompting, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate in Western Road, Lancing, on December 29, 2014.

Rolandas Slazikas, 46, of Fastnet Way, Littlehampton, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Lyminster Road, Arundel, on February 7, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

John Andree, 65, of Sullington Way, Shoreham, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £200 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (68mg alcohol in 100ml breath) in Sullington Way, Shoreham, on May 5, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

David Madge, 19, of Timberleys, Littlehampton, was fined £55 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £200 costs, after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate in Worthing on December 20, 2014.

Arthur Croft, 72, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton, was fined £125 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (57mg alcohol in 100ml breath) in Duke Street, Littlehampton, on June 29, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Janis Lalakulics, 27, of Clun Road, Wick, was fined £73 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (59mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Honeysuckle Lane, Worthing, on June 29, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with ten points.

Holly Forrester, 20, of Tarring Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £25 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing aftershave worth £25 from Lloyds Pharmacy in Worthing on June 12, 2015.

Scott Hunnisett, 27, of Third Avenue, Lancing, was fined £250 and must pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (45mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, on July 2, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
