David Dowell, 51, of Tarring Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must take part in a Building Better Relationships programme after admitting assault by beating in Findon and Worthing on August 22, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Kerrie Morris, 30, of Wilkinson Close, Angmering, was given a community order and a restraining order after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Bognor Regis on June 24, 2015. She must pay £60 victim surcharge, £50 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Anthony Phillips, 35, of Wembley Avenue, Lancing, was given a community order after admitting assaulting a police constable and using threatening words or behaviour in Wembley Avenue, Lancing, on August 22, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Nicholas Rice, 54, of Fitzalan Road, Littlehampton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Maltravers Park on July 7, 2015. He must pay £15 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

Steve Shevlin, 25, of Gordon Road, Worthing, was given a community order and fined £100 after admitting outraging public decency in Beales, Worthing, on July 13, 2015. He also admitted possessing cannabis in Chatsworth Close, Worthing, on July 13, 2015, and being concerned in the production of cannabis in Gordon Road, Worthing, on July 13, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

Stewart Wormald, 41, of Dovecote Mews, Chanctonbury Drive, Shoreham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay a total of £150 compensation after being found guilty of three charges of assaulting a police constable at Dunelm, Shoreham, car park on August 27, 2014.

Pavel Nikifarovs, 28, of High Street, Littlehampton, was discharged conditionally for two years after admitting possessing cannabis in Bridge Road, Littlehampton, on September 26, 2015. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Tobias Prestel, 51, of Pavilion Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 70 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (100mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in High Street, Worthing, on September 20, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Reece Paul, 27, of Dominion Road, Broadwater, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of drug-driving (more than 32mg of cocaine per litre of blood and more than 81mg of Benzoylecgonine per litre of blood) in Ash Lane, Rustington, on June 1, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Gillian Pierce, 44, of Andrew Close, Rustington, was fined £70 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Southdownview Road, Broadwater, on April 22, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Abraham Magara, 25, of Heron Court, Victoria Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Worthing on July 3, 2015. He was given a restraining order and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Craig Swadling, 22, of Walberton Green, Walberton, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Walberton on August 30, 2015.

Nicholas Betsworth, 43, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton, was fined £145 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on March 12, 2015.

Alexander Creech, 29, of Cowley Drive, Lancing, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving on the M23 Crawley without insurance on April 3, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Michael Gooding, 22, of Manning Road, Wick, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £80 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Sea Road, Littlehampton, on January 5, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Sareeya Leeson-Cole, 42, of Foxes Croft, Barnham, was fined £660 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Yapton Road, Barnham, on June 26, 2015. Geoffrey Render, 45, of Pembury Close, Broadwater, was fined £500 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (73mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Western Road, Lancing, on September 30, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Jamie Richardson, 39, of Montague Street, Worthing, was given a community order with 12-week curfew from 7pm to 7am, electronically monitored, after admitting two charges of sending a grossly offensive message on April 21, 2015, and assault by beating in Lancing between December 18, 2014, and May 2, 2015. He was given a restraining order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £100 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
