VIDEO: Traffic delays on A27 between Sompting and Lancing
MOTORISTS have faced lengthy traffic delays as a result of roadworks on the A27.
The longest delays have affected motorists driving between Sompting and Lancing Manor roundabout, as works begin today (October 1) to improve drainage on the A27.
The works are due to take place between Sompting and Shoreham, though the worst delays have today affected people travelling between Sompting and Lancing, with some reporting 25 minute journeys.
Work will be carried out during the 14-week scheme between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
