VIDEO: Restored Southern Pavilion opens as ‘wow factor’ wedding venue

A BUSINESSMAN’s vision to transform a derelict nightclub at the end of Worthing pier into a ‘wow factor’ wedding venue was realised last night as the Southern Pavilion reopened (Wednesday, April 16).

Phil Duckett and business partner Richard Bradley hosted the building’s grand opening, giving guests the first look at the newly redeveloped building.

The former nightclub has been refurbished into an art deco-themed multi-use venue, complete with café, which will open to the public on Friday.
