VIDEO: Dog of the week – Shadow

HOME workers looking for a shadow might want to meet this handsome German shepherd.

The six-year-old male has lots of love to give and is looking for owners who have plenty of time to share.

Tracey Rae, rehoming manager at Dogs Trust Shoreham, said: “Shadow loves to have company and would suit someone that perhaps works from home and wouldn’t mind him snoozing under the desk.

“He can be a little shy when he first meets people but after a few visits he soon becomes a very affectionate boy.

“Shadow is playful with his toys, especially squeakies and tennis balls. He often likes to carry one in his mouth when out on his walks.”

A doggy friend is a must, to make Shadow feel more comfortable at home. Once settled, the pair will be companions when Shadow is ready to spend some time at home alone.

Shadow would like a garden, is happy around young adults aged 16-plus and travels well in the car.
