CARING and patient owners are needed for Sandy, a four-year-old female crossbreed.
Dogs Trust said: “Life has been fairly unsettled for her so far, so she will take time to build a trusting relationship with new owners.
“She is a very sweet and shy girl who is looking for a quiet home with owners who are home a lot to keep her company.”
The charity can offer advice on training and behaviour to help Sandy feel better about being left alone in future.
Sandy is shy with other dogs, too, and needs gradual introductions with calm and easy going dogs to build confidence.
Dogs Trust added: “As she is a sensitive girl, Sandy is looking for a home with children over the age of 14.”
