Active owners who like long walks would be perfect for four-year-old German shepherd cross Lola.
They would also need a car, as Lola is unsure of other dogs and would need to be driven to quiet walking areas. Luckily, Lola travels well in the car and is always keen to jump in the boot ready for the journey.
Tracey Rae, rehoming centre manager at Dogs Trust Shoreham, said: “She is a sweet girl who is looking for an active forever home with owners who can take her for long walks on the Downs or in the woods.
“The type of home that will suit Lola best will be one where children are aged 16-plus. She needs to be the only pet and a garden is a must so she can stretch her legs at home.
“Lola is a very clever girl who can already do a lovely sit and enjoys a game of football.
“This lovely lady will make a great addition to her new home and will enjoy lots of fuss once she gets to know you.”
