A PERMANENT home is needed for Daz after seven years of being passed from family to family.
The seven-year-old male rottweiler is a sensitive dog and needs time to feel comfortable around new people.
Dogs Trust said: “He has been unlucky in life so far. His carers are how keen to help him find the forever home he deserves.
“His new owner will need to continue visiting him at the centre to build a trusting relationship. Once you have made the effort to get to know him you will have a cuddly best friend for life.”
Daz is a real lap dog - size doesn’t matter, but is not used to the company of other dogs, so trainers are working on that and building confidence.
“He is a good boy in the car and would prefer to be walked in quiet rural areas so he relax and enjoy a sniff about,” said the charity.
“He is excelling in his training programmes to help build his confidence and is very eager to please. His trainers would love to show off his concentration skills. He also loves to give his big paw to say please.”
Daz is looking for a quiet, local all-adult home as the only pet.
