THIS weekend’s Adur and Worthing Business Awards have been hailed as a huge success.

The glitzy black tie event, held on Saturday evening, saw the area’s brightest industry talents turn out in celebration of what has been an extremely busy year.

Compère Fred Dinenage praised the ceremony as “the most exciting” he’d yet experienced and believed there was a wealth of worthy winners.

One of those was Peter Saywell, whose lifetime achievement award announcement was greeted with roars of approval.
