TRAVELLERS camped near Adur Civic Centre have moved out – and set up base about a mile down the road.
The caravans were due to be moved on under a Court Order this morning but left the council’s staff car park in Ham Road, Shoreham, overnight.
They have set up base at the Albion Street Lorry Park in Southwick instead, a site which is owned by West Sussex County Council.
A previous group of travellers at the lorry park, which had been moved on from near Carats Café, vacated the site at the weekend.
