It will be a dry day with sunshine throughout and most areas becoming hot by the afternoon but feeling a little cooler toward the coast in developing sea breezes. The maximum temperature in the region is expected to be 33 °C.

In West Sussex, the maximum temperature will be 29 °C and the minimum temperature will be 20 °C, according to the Met Office.

Meanwhile, in East Sussex, the maximum temperature will be 29 °C and the minimum temperature will be 19 °C.

It is expected to be a dry and warm night with plenty of evening sunshine across the South East. Overnight skies will remain clear with a slight breeze for some. The minimum temperature will be 18 °C.
