Chichester Police said the incident took place on the A284 London Road between the A27 Chichester Road to A29 (Whiteways Lodge Roundabout). A black Citroen Picasso rolled on to its roof at 5.19am. Police said the female driver escaped with ‘what are believed to be minor injuries at this time’.
