Southdown bus history talk

THE history of the Southdown bus will be explored at Beeding and Bramber Local History Society.

Trevor Povey will be the guest speaker on Wednesday, when the society meets at Beeding and Bramber Village Hall, in High Street, Upper Beeding, at 7.45pm.

Entry for non-members is £2. Refreshments will be available in the interval.

The society meets in Beeding and Bramber Village Hall from September to April, on the first Wednesday in the month.

Members take an interest in the history of Upper Beeding, Bramber, Botolphs, Small Dole and Edburton.

Talks cover a wide range of subjects relating to the history and natural history of the area, and Sussex in general.
