Shoreham man atttacked at bus stop

A Shoreham man was attacked at a Churchill Square bus stop on Saturday morning.

At 1am the 18-year-old was waiting at the bus stop when he was approached by a group of young men who stole his phone.

He was then assaulted by them and was punched repeatedly to the face and suffered a broken jaw.

Detective constable Paul Candy said: “The offenders are described as a group of three or four skinny boys aged between 14 and 16-years-old and wearing hooded tops.

Churchill Square is a busy area at that time of the early morning on a Saturday and I am hoping that somebody has seen what happened and may be able to give us more detail, or identify the offenders.
