Riverfront development in Shoreham is approved
Councillors have voted to grant planning permission to a riverfront development of 540 homes in Shoreham by a margin of four to three.
The Free Wharf development on the former Minelco site in Brighton Road was approved by Adur’s planning committee last night (Monday, January 22) in what was described as a ‘vital decision’ and a ‘milestone in Shoreham’s history’.
