Town's top recyclers attend tea party

The newly elected chairman of Adur District Council Ann Bridges hosted a tea party at the Shoreham Centre for ten of the town's top recyclers.

It was the concluding part of phase one of Recycling Together, an initiative to improve recycling quality in Adur and Worthing using incentives for residents and funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government to the tune of £136,000.

The event was mainly attended by residents from Shoreham, councillor Bridges, Adur and Worthing councils director for customer services Jane Eckford and members of the Adur and Worthing Recycling Together team.
