Plane crashes at Shoreham Airport

Two people were rescued after a plane crashed at Shoreham Airport this morning.

According to West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, they were called at just before 11.10am with reports that an aeroplane had crashed at Shoreham Airport.

The spokesperson added that two people were rescued by the Airport Rescue Service and are currently in the care of the ambulance service.

According to a Shoreham Airport spokesperson, the plane crashed while taking off.
