An air ambulance has been spotted in Worthing.

The helicopter from Specialist Aviation Services, which provides air ambulance support in the UK, was seen in Homefield Park in Worthing yesterday afternoon.

Reports suggest that it was at the scene to aid an injured woman.

Specialist Aviation Services is one of the biggest UK Hems operators in the country.

UK Hems is a registered charity that was set up in 2005 to regulate the air ambulance community.

Specialist Aviation Services and UK Hems have been approached for comment.
