Sussex set for warm and sunny weekend

The Met Office is predicting highs of about 12 degrees Celsius in most areas of the county on Saturday.

On Sunday, highs of 11 degrees Celsius have been predicted for most places.

Most of the county will see bright sunshine throughout the weekend, perfect for those long socially-distanced walks.

Next week is also set to see an improvement on the recent weather, with highs of about 9 or 10 degrees Celsius predicted for most parts.

The weather will then begin to deteriorate by the end of the week, according to the Met Office, with rain forecast on Thursday and Friday.
