Following the lockdown competition this summer, the show committee decided to ask the town to get creative again for the chance to win trophies. The categories are Christmas wreath, decoration, knitted or crocheted gift and children’s Christmas bauble or Christmas card.

To enter, send a photo of the creation to [email protected] before December 14. Four shortlisted entries will appear on the town show’s social media for a public vote.

Town show chairman Pete Buckley said: “People create all year around and it’s such a long time between our annual summer events.

“We are excited to see what Christmas themed creations people come up with.

“Also, during these strange times, it will give Littlehampton residents something to focus on, as we all know how important being creative is for our mental health.”

Full details of the event can be found on the town show website.
