The pull-out also includes a voting form, on which you can nominate one person from each category. You can send us as many forms as you like, as long as they are not photocopies, and you can chose the same people each time or change your choices on each form if you wish to.

Our awards are now in their third year and, yet again, our readers have helped us unearth some amazing stories of unsung heroes in our community.

In the 12-page pull-out, you will find stories of courage and kindness, bravery and dedication, support and sacrifice in categories such as True Inspiration, Health Heroes, Star of the Community and Best Volunteer.

New this year is the Arts and Entertainment category where we asked for our local performers, singers and artists to be nominated.

And there’s the sports categories, showing off sporting excellence.

We know it will be very difficult to decide, but we need our readers to vote for the nominees they think should take home the trophy in their category.

The voting deadline is November 2. Last year, we had thousands of votes, so be sure to get yours in soon.

The winners will be announced by Fred Dinenage at our free awards night, to be held at Worthing’s Dome Cinema on Sunday, November 13.
