The long-awaited masterplan for the transformation of Brooklands Park will be revealed at a public meeting on Thursday, October 11.
Worthing Borough Council will outline its vision for the future of the lake, having taken into account the views of the local community, which included more than 800 written responses from residents.
Two identical presentations will be delivered on the evening, at 6pm – 7.15pm and again at 7.45pm – 9pm to help maximise the opportunity for residents to see the proposals.
A representative from the consultants Chris Blandford Associates, along with Worthing Borough Council officers, will be attending.
The council’s executive member for digital and environmental services, councillor Edward Crouch, will also be available to answer question.
The meeting will take place in the Richmond Room at Worthing Town Hall in Chapel Road.
