Founded in 2017, Self Space is a mental health provider that launched to address a growing need for contemporary mental health support. Their mission is to revolutionise the way we approach mental health support, making it more accessible, more aspirational and more every day — in the same way most of us think about our physical health.

With branches already established across London, and working a virtual global reach, Self Space say they are already on the way to delivering on this mission.

Self Space Founder Jodie Cariss (pictured) says: “Selina Hotels felt like a perfect fit for us, they have a contemporary, accessible and modern feel and a focus on wellness.

“Their mission to build spaces that foster human connection and enable people to lead more adventurous and fulfilling lives is well aligned with ours. We love the brand and the idea of a hotel collaboration feels like exactly the type of partnership that changes and shapes culture for the better. Brighton is also my hometown, so it felt like an important addition to the collection”.

Omer Lang Head of Country UK for Selina says: “We are excited by the opportunity to partner with Self Space. Their ethos is a natural fit for our company culture, rooted in a shared passion for pastoral care and mental health. We look forward to further embracing our core community values at Selina hotels together in the future.”
