Brighton hotel to offer specialist mental health service

Founded in 2017, Self Space is a mental health provider that launched to address a growing need for contemporary mental health support. Their mission is to revolutionise the way we approach mental health support, making it more accessible, more aspirational and more every day — in the same way most of us think about our physical health.
