Worthing Hospital TV service left wanting

The care and attention he received from the nursing staff was amazing, which is more than can be said for the company responsible for the TVs. He had no TV or radio for most of the time he was in isolation. What an appalling service considering they charge £4.80 per day for the TV.
I am writing to them with my complaint I will await their reply.
