On December 20, 2015, our son suffered a stroke at the age of 33. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the ambulance crew, A&E staff, consultants, and the Acute Stroke Ward’s (Botolphs) dedicated staff, who not only care for their patients but families while going through a very worrying time as well, to physios, and OTs and everyone associated with Botolphs Ward – so many to name, but they will know who they are.

We cannot thank them enough for all their care over the six and a half weeks, he was in their care.

Words cannot express our gratitude. Without them it may well have been a different story.

They all deserve recognition for all they do, we cannot fault them in any way. He is now at home continuing his road to recovery. Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts, continue with the excellent care you always give. From a very grateful family, you truly are all ANGELS
