Phil's book tells of great runners

Not only is he still battling with a long-drawn out recovery process, he has found time to contribute to your paper week in, week out, and at the same time completing a book about “extraordinary runners from around the world”.

He has sent a copy to his “Good Samaritan”, a passing Pizza delivery guy, without whose timely aid he would definitely be a “gonner”...
