This is not a strong message for offenders
JUST read about the unfortunate lady who was assaulted at the town hall recently.
The police chief inspector said abusive words or behaviour will not be tolerated and offenders can expect police action.
The attacker received a caution for common assault.
That certainly sends out a strong message for future, would-be offenders – NOT!
