Missed bin collections

Firstly, we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, but please be aware that our new and revised collection calendars have been available online since October 1.

Although the print versions have been slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, they will be out for delivery to every address in our district this week.

All of our details on the website are correct and fully up to date and the very useful ‘what is my bin day’ tool will inform you of what bins are being collected in any given week.

This can be found at http://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk/bin-day/

Bin days have not changed and will not change until after the festive period.

If any bin is missed bin and reported, we normally deal with them within 24 hours.

We are pleased to let you know that missed bin collections are rare within our service – less than 0.0001 per cent.
