Regarding your article which featured M&S in last week’s Worthing Herald.
I suggest their problems are brought about by their drab selection of clothes and bizarre sizing, due to so many countries being involved in their manufacturing.
Also online to M&S management you can see how many managers are coming and going rather quickly, one stayed only for three months and another is just going to be part-time.
