POLICE have closed one lane of the A27 at Patching after a one vehicle collision this afternoon (Monday, June 9).

The emergency services were called at 12.35pm to the junction of the A27 Arundel Road and Castle Goring Way.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible, as lengthy delays are expected.

The fire brigade has been called to help free the driver.
