Sirona is a former lifeboat that has been concrete rendered for maximum strength and durability.
Unlike conventional wooden boats the concrete hull means that no maintenance is required on the hull.
Sirona has been completely refurbished but still retains many of its original features.
The boat is compact but very well laid out with a great deal of storage space.
There is an outside seating area and the outside deck has been laid with artificial turf to add a quirky feel. The boat is boarded via sturdy wide steps.
The accommodation comprises of a double built-in bed with power points to either side.
There is sunken blue LED lighting around the bed and a built-in adjustable reading light above the head area.
The bed is hinged and can be lifted to reveal an insulated storage area.
The built-in sofa also has a cupboard underneath.
A small wood-burning stove on a tiled hearth and mahogany stained floorboards finish of the warm boat feel of the room.
There is a small toilet and wardrobe off of the main living area.
The galley-style kitchen has been newly-fitted with built-in appliances and plenty of work surfaces.
In addition to the boat space there is a communal shower block with separate male and female bathrooms and a post room with communal washing machine and tumble dryer that are well maintained by the boat yard at no extra cost.
These all have security locks on specifically for the houseboat owners.
There is secure parking for the boat yard with gates and security cameras.
