HAVE you seen the wartime landing craft which has "landed" on Shoreham's Holmbush roundabout?
It is part of West Sussex County Council's efforts to make more of a feature of roundabouts and to reflect the town's maritime history.
Work should be completed by Monday, September 10 to landscape the area around the landing craft on the roundabout's island.
The boat is a Higgins landing craft and was used in the Hollywood film Saving Private Ryan.
What do you think?
Is it a great addition to Shoreham?
Or is it too much for a major road's roundabout?
