Man's mission to preserve cassettes from seventies

A man is asking people to donate their old cassette tapes so he can preserve them.

Robert Walker, 46, from West Worthing, a self-confessed ‘child of the seventies’, said: “Most people my age used to record the top 40 on cassettes, and I thought it would be nice to convert them into MP3s so we could listen to them.

“It would be good if I could get one or two, but there could be someone around the corner who has 300.”

To donate, email Robert at [email protected].
