Lancing library reopens today

LANCING library is set to reopen today (Monday, May 21) after having new self-service machines installed.

Readers can visit the branch, in Penstone Park, from 10am.

West Sussex County Council leader Lionel Barnard, who oversees the Library Service, said: “Lancing is the latest branch in the county to get the state-of-the-art terminals.

“You can print off lists of your loaned books, check when something is due for return and even make any cash payments.

“Our staff will be close-by in case anyone needs help.”
