Friday, February 24, 9.27pm to 9.36pm:

Park Crescent, Worthing – bin fire extinguished by fire service using hose reel. Believed to be arson.

Friday, February 24, 10.03pm to 10.43pm:

Sand dunes near golf club, Rope Walk, Littlehampton – Fire, eight square metres of dunes alight. Fire extinguished by fire service using beaters. Arson

Stoney Lane, Shoreham – Post box on fire, extinguisher used by fire service. Arson.

Rear of Liverpool Gardens, Worthing – bin fire extinguished by fire service using hose reel. Arson.

Saturday, February 25, 1.01am to 1.10am:

Teville Gate car park, Worthing – bin fire extinguished by fire service using hose reel. Arson.

Saturday, February 25, 1.32am to 1.55am:

Butlins Resort, Upper Bognor Road, Bognor Regis – assistance given to woman with foot trapped down the side of a ballpit. Woman released using hydraulic cutting equipment and treated on site by ambulance paramedics.

Saturday, February 25, 6.57am to 7.06am:

Sompting Road, Lancing – bin fire extinguished by fire service using hose reel. Arson.

Sunday, February 26, 10.49am to 11.05am:

First floor flat, Shakespeare Road, Worthing – Fire in washing machine in kitchen. Fire out on arrival of fire service. Washing machine removed.

Sunday, February 26, 7.34pm to 8.06pm:

Rear garden of property, Priors Leaze Lane, Hambrook:

Large bonfire extinguished using hose reel by fire service. Second bonfire allowed to burn out under supervision.

A283 Petworth – two car collision, one man extricated from Audi car by fire service FRS using hydraulic rescue equipment and taken to hospital by ambulance. The woman driver of a Yaris car died as a result of the collision . Incident handed over to the police. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting Operation Kingsland.
