History society celebrates 30th

BEEDING and Bramber Local History Society is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

The society will be holding its annual meeting on Wednesday, March 8, at 7.45pm in the Village Hall, High Street, Upper Beeding.

This will be kept as brief as possible, so there is time to celebrate the society’s 30th anniversary in the interval.

During the second half, speaker, Diccon Hart will talk about recent excavations in Chichester.

Entry is £2 for non-members.
