Help raise the final £40,000 needed for Worthing team to row Atlantic

SOME claim it’s the world’s toughest challenge, and that fewer people have completed it than been to the moon, but one Worthing team is hoping to row the Atlantic in world record time.

Team Atlantic Splash, a five-man crew based at Worthing Rowing Club, will attempt the 3,000-mile crossing in December, after a ‘mad’ idea turned into a reality.

Neal Marsh, Bastien Leclair, Terry Munson, Tom Hyland and Marc Alderman hope to raise £200,000 for four charities along the way, but still need a further £40,000 sponsorship to cover the costs of their trip.
